Roofing service

Roof maintenance across Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester & London

Regular inspections and minor repairs tailored to your roof. Catch small issues early and extend roof lifespan.

Almost every expensive roof problem started as a cheap one. A single slipped slate lets water onto a batten; the batten softens over a winter; by the time it shows on a ceiling you are dealing with the covering, the timber and the plaster instead of one slate.

Maintenance is simply looking before that happens. An inspection tells you what is sound, what is wearing and what needs attention this year rather than in three — and because we include a drone inspection, you get to see the roof for yourself instead of taking a roofer's word for it.

Questions about roof maintenance

How often should a roof be inspected?

For most homes, a look over once a year and after any serious storm is sensible. Older roofs, roofs with a lot of moss and roofs under trees benefit from being checked more regularly.

What is the drone inspection for?

It lets us see the whole roof properly — including the areas you cannot see from the ground or a ladder — without walking on a covering that may be fragile. It also means you get to look at the actual condition of your roof rather than being told about it.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. Surveys and quotes are free and carry no obligation. If the roof is sound, we will tell you it is sound.
