Emergency roof leak repair across Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester & London
Rapid response to stop active leaks day or night. We arrive fast and prevent further water damage to your property.
A roof leak rarely stays a roof problem for long. Water that gets past the covering tracks along battens and joists, soaks insulation, stains ceilings and, given long enough, reaches wiring. The gap between noticing a drip and getting it stopped is usually what decides whether you are paying for a repair or a redecoration.
We cover emergency leaks across Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and London, and we are available around the clock. The first job is always to stop water entering. Once the roof is watertight and nothing is getting worse, we will show you what caused it and explain the permanent fix in plain English.

What the job covers
- Round-the-clock call-out across all four cities
- Making the roof watertight before anything else
- Tracing the leak back to its actual source, not just the stain below it
- Temporary weatherproofing where a permanent repair needs daylight or dry weather
- A clear explanation of the permanent repair, with a fixed price and no hidden fees
- Five-year workmanship guarantee on the repair

Signs you need it
- Water dripping or running during rain
- A damp patch on a ceiling that grows after a downpour
- Daylight visible through the roof from inside the loft
- Slipped, cracked or missing tiles after a storm
- Water staining down a chimney breast or around a skylight

Questions about emergency leak repair
Do you cover emergency roof repairs at night and at weekends?
Yes. We are available for emergency repairs 24/7 across Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and London, including nights and weekends.
What should I do while I wait for a roofer?
Put a bucket under the drip and move furniture and electricals clear. If water is pooling in a ceiling and bulging the plaster, it is usually safer to pierce it deliberately with a screwdriver so it drains in one place rather than bringing the ceiling down. Do not go up on the roof yourself, especially in wet or windy weather.
Will you be able to fix it permanently on the first visit?
Often, yes. Some repairs need dry weather, daylight or a part we have to order, in which case we make the roof watertight first and book the permanent repair in. You will know which of the two you are looking at before we leave.
